Poetry Published in Indian Periodical ” O My Love”

I am happy to share that my poem ” O My love” is published in Indian Periodical. I am really thankful to the entire team for supporting my work.

It’s an attempt to celebrate love through the curiosity of words. This piece of work is inspired by W.B. Yeats’ poem, “A Drinking Song” where wine is witnessing the love for beloved in a subtle and charismatic way.

“Wine comes in at the mouth

And love comes in at the eye;

That’s all we shall know the truth

Before we grow old and die.

I lift the glass to my mouth,

I look at you, and I sigh.”

-W.B.Yeats

L’absurdité

Laisse moi tranquille

dans les bras

de votre silence,

dans les mots

qui me touchent

profondément.

Laisse moi tranquille

dans les rêves

que vous restent

le même,

que la lune

se moque de moi.

Laisse moi tranquille

dans les mensonges

que le temps ne

change jamais

mais, c’est moi

qui a changé.

Laisse moi tranquille

dans l’absurdité!

Thinking it all right

if the sky is mine

to nurture some values

of the shine.

Thinking it all right

rains, come once again

happy is entity

birds hide in the shed.

Thinking it all right

rains, come once again

logging is so tight

when Sky meets Earth.

Thinking it all right

soggy is food

topsy-turvy is mood

what if

the nature bursts out?

Thinking it all right

rains, come once again!!

Lying on bed!

Lying on bed

Observing the leaves

Dancing to the tunes of wind

The love is so reciprocal

Between the wind and the leaves.

The peace is eternal

When the focus

Tuned in a glimpse

Of jealous bee

Hunting for the

Move to be made.

An empty mind

Looking to focus

What I want

Focus or peace?

I, the soul,

Admire the beauty

With beast

The beauty of nature

With the dust of life.

Lying on bed

Observing the leaves

Dancing to the tunes of wind

The love is eternal

Between the admirer

And the one being admired.

The focus moved to

The rushy plants

Beneath the feet

Of the faces

From the world.

The leaves pause

When the wind is

Away from the love

Yet, the peace is eternal!
