I was wearing red robe

Like a model of Yves Saint Laurent,

The fragrance was uniformed and desperate

With a touch of satisfying beauty,

My hands were freezing at zero degree

At that time,

happy reading

Poetry Published in Indian Periodical ” O My Love”

I am happy to share that my poem ” O My love” is published in Indian Periodical. I am really thankful to the entire team for supporting my work.

It’s an attempt to celebrate love through the curiosity of words. This piece of work is inspired by W.B. Yeats’ poem, “A Drinking Song” where wine is witnessing the love for beloved in a subtle and charismatic way.

“Wine comes in at the mouth

And love comes in at the eye;

That’s all we shall know the truth

Before we grow old and die.

I lift the glass to my mouth,

I look at you, and I sigh.”

-W.B.Yeats
